DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

• We use a courier company, TNT, to ensure delivery for the next working day and so that we are covered for insurance purposes. This gives us the ability to track your order online.
  
• We will endeavour to deliver next day providing your order arrives early enough to enable us to meet our courier deadlines. Please do not order a substantial quantity of equipment just before TNT call to collect at 3:30pm, as we may not have time to prepare and check the equipment.
• If you do have a very last minute request please telephone us on 024 7660 2605 beforehand to check that we can deliver, even if we do need to arrange an alternative method of delivery.
  
• This alternative method of delivery will likely be a private courier service, that work out of hours. These charges will be different to our usual prices. We endeavour to keep you informed of all charges and costs.
• Collection of our equipment can be arranged with TNT after your event has finished, please include the event finish date when you place your order and the cost will be included in your shipping charge.
• For large orders or those of a high value, delivery and collection will be via our own van and driver, however we will arrange this with you by telephone or email when we receive your order.
